Hurricane Room Rate Policy
All room bookings for hurricane stays are held to a one night non-refundable deposit upon booking. A deposit of a one night's stay will be billed upon making the reservation and guest will be responsible for all nights booked at the time of arrival.
We are sorry for the inconveinence, but this is to ensure that everyone who needs a room will have the ability to have one.

Smoking Policy
We are non-smoking property due to the historic nature of our buildings and furnishings. Ashtrays are provided on the balconies and around the grounds where smoking is permitted.
Pet Arrangements
Pets are welcome to stay with you in one of cottages on cottage row for a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If you will be staying in any of our other rooms we highly recommend Southern Paws (601) 661 0502.

Cancellation Policy
Cedar Grove Mansion Inn follows a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you fail to cancel your reservation in less than 72 hours we will charge you for a one night stay.
Rates based on double occupancy. Full breakfast, tour of mansion and turn down with sherry & chocolates included. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Holiday rates may be higher.
Rates are subject to change
The rates reflected throughout the website and when making a reservation are our actual rates. We are not responsible for the rates of other internet services and we will be charging the rates seen throughout our website and on all of our brochures. Also be aware that prices DO NOT INCLUDE taxes. Room Rates will be higher on New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and the Third and Fourth of July.
